Roshni Das has quit Intel after 19 years with the global organization. She headed Intel as regional chief marketing officer, GM, Asia Pacific and Japan, before she was was promoted as vice president - global marketing.
Das has said she plans to take a short break the next few weeks, "sharpen new skills, travel, spend time with loved ones and be back to the corporate world in 2025." She added about her long run at Intel, "I have had an incredible run, and I leave with much pride in this iconic company and what it has enabled me to accomplish."
Das had the dual responsibility of setting up and leading the Global Marketing Innovation function and retaining the responsibility of India Region Marketing. Das said at the time, "Designing experiences globally with the customer at the heart of it, and testing innovations across growth markets and beyond is exciting."
Das joined Intel India in 2005. Her tenure has given her the opportunity to lead both country and Asia pacific regional roles. As Regional Marketing CMO at Asia Pacific Japan, overseeing over 12 markets across India, SEA, NZ, Korea, Japan and Taiwan, her mandate was to strengthen the corporate brand narrative through global and local story telling, enable business goals through building product preference of Intel's cross portfolio of products from client to data centric technologies.
Her prior experience includes Corporate Sales and Product Management at Standard Chartered Bank managing a portfolio of credit card and financial products and Account Management of several leading consumer brands at Lowe Lintas (Interpublic Group).
